| Board Clarifies Language on Vehicle Parking at RVR
At its monthly meeting on Wednesday, the Board approved language clarifying what vehicles are and are not allowed at RVR. The Board unanimously adopted an Addendum to the existing Vehicle Parking, Storage, Operation and Repair portion of our Master Declaration. The Addendum provides definition to types of vehicles such as motor homes, recreational vehicles, industrial and commercial vehicles. Click here to view the Vehicle Parking and Storage language; and click here to view the Addendum, which provides clarity and definition to the types of permitted and non-permitted vehicles.
The Board’s action is an important step in its efforts to enforce provisions of our Master Declaration. Over the next few months, we will raise awareness about these vehicles in our weekly newsletter. If you have a vehicle that may be affected by the Vehicle Parking, Storage, Operation and Repair language, please contact General Manager Sterling Page to confirm whether the vehicle is or is not allowed at RVR. There will be a “grace period” between now and spring for owners of the non-permitted vehicles to make sure they’re able to comply with our governing documents. Beginning mid-April, homeowners whose vehicles are not in compliance will be given warnings, and starting May 1, they will be issued Notices of Violation and Fines.

Animal Frolics Qigong Workshop Please join Cari Shurman for an Animal Frolics Qigong Workshop on Sunday, Feb. 14 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The elephant drinks water, the bird stretches his wings and flies, the tiger strikes and catches his prey, the deer runs in the forest, the monkey gathers the fruit, the lion sleeps, the dragon swims.
Each animal frolic energizes different parts of the body and different organs. You will see which one you like best!
We will also do a meditation to balance the two sides of the body, ending with a cleansing movement called the Tai Chi Ruler. It is very calming as we prepare to rest at night.
Dress comfortably so you can move freely. Soft shoes or socks or barefoot is fine. A chair that allows you to sit with a straight spine will be needed for the seated meditation.
