Proposed Docmann Trail
The Master Association Board will discuss the proposed Docmann Trail at its Sept. 19 and Oct. 10 meetings, both at 6:30 p.m. at the Ranch House. The Open Space Committee has recommended a proposed alignment of the trail, but final approval and funding are up to the Master Association Board. What is under consideration is whether the proposed trail adequately addresses the Trails Master Plan already accepted by the community and if biological and other concerns have been mitigated. Trail details are linked below. Comments can be addressed to the Master Association Board or to trails@kcranch.org.

Public Comment: Open Space Management Plan DraftThe Ken-Caryl Ranch Open Space Comprehensive Management Plan was originally drafted in 1997. In 2016, a Task Force was formed to update the Management Plan, which establishes a framework for setting broad land management and recreational priorities and provides guidelines to the Open Space staff on managing the natural and recreational resources within the Open Space boundaries. A draft of the revised Management Plan is now available for public comment through Sept. 25 at the link below. Submit comments to victoriad@kcranch.org.
