Spring 2021 Registration Begins October 19
Registration for the Spring 2021 semester starts on Monday, October 19. Start planning what classes to take now by exploring course offerings via the online Class Schedule, and scheduling an appointment with an advisor.
Advisors in the University Advisement Center can assist with planning out the courses needed to meet general education graduation requirements. Log on to my.csudh and make an appointment through the Toro Success Collaborative icon. UAC can also be reached via email, uac@csudh.edu or by calling (310) 243-3538.
Questions about specific major requirements should be directed to the academic department, program, or advisors for that particular major.
Asynchronous/Synchronous Courses
As a reminder, the Spring 2021 semester will be conducted in a primarily virtual format, with only a few courses offered in-person. In the Class Schedule, be mindful of the “Meeting Time” and “Location” fields, as virtual classes meet either asynchronously or synchronously:
- If “Meeting Time” lists “TBA” and “Location” lists “Alternativ” or “INTERNET”, the class is asynchronous and does not meet at a specified time; instructors will provide instructional materials for students to access at any time.
- If “Meeting Time” lists a time and “Location” lists “Alternativ”, the class is synchronous and will meet virtually at a specified time; students should plan their schedules accordingly.
- If “Meeting Time” lists a time and “Location” lists a building/room, the class is synchronous and will meet in person at specified days and times.
