The Dakota Lodge addition now has walls and a roof! This new section, shown in the top photo, will add approximately 1,650 square feet of multi-purpose rental space to the building. The bottom photo shows the new enclosed corridor at the Ranch House that will connect the north and south ends of the building.

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District (KCRMD) will hold its regular biennial Board of Directors election on Tuesday, May 3. The KCRMD is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, each of whom serves four-year terms. The Director positions currently held by Lauri Lehan-Milano, Jami Jensen and Jeff Esbenshade will be up for re-election at the May 3 election. The terms for current Directors David Banning and Bob Generoli run until May of 2018. The May 3 election will be conducted via mail ballot with ballots scheduled to be mailed out in April. All ballots must be returned to the Designated Election Official by no later than 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3. In order to serve on the KCRMD Board, an individual must either reside or own property within the District and be a registered voter in the state of Colorado. Individuals interested in running for a four-year term on the KCRMD Board need to complete a Self-Nomination and Acceptance Form. The completed form must be submitted to the Designated Election Official, Sue Blair, c/o Community Resource Services of Colorado, 7995 Prentice Avenue, Suite 103E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26.
