The last day to submit a 4% Bond Inducement Resolution Application to IFA for the 2025 4% Round is August 20, 2025, 4:30 PM Central Time. Submitted Bond Inducement Resolution Applications will be reviewed and the Inducement Resolution will be considered at the September IFA Board meeting.
An approved bond inducement resolution is a requirement to submit a 4% federal housing tax credit application if IFA will be the Conduit Bond Issuer. Application are due September 17, 2025, 4:30 PM Central Time.
