Our CATCH My Breath Community |
As the days begin to get warmer this spring, it invites a wonderful opportunity for us as a community to take our lessons outdoors. Our PE supplement for grades 5-12 is an active addition of our CATCH My Breath curriculum, designed to reinforce learning objectives in a dynamic physical education setting. Through our 12 activities, you can engage students to learn in a fun, interactive way while also moving their bodies!

Our CATCH My Breath Youth Advisory Board is an impactful governing body that brings youth together from around the country to inform and inspire their peers to live vape-free. We are happy to welcome and congratulate 11 new board members who will offer their experience to inform the CATCH My Breath curriculum and lead initiatives to advocate for their peers. These teen leaders are truly passionate about creating change for a healthier today and tomorrow.

If we are all about work all of the time, we can lose connection to our well-being. With the spring season in bloom, it is a great time to take action toward our goals. Let’s inspire ourselves, the global CATCH community, and beyond to take action while also prioritizing health in mind, heart, and body. ❤️ Share a post in your office, classroom, home, or community emphasizing how you “do” health and tag us using #CATCHJourney!
