| Warning: Coyotes in the Area
There have been several coyote sightings in the community recently, particularly in the Ken-Caryl Ranch Plains. - Coyotes are wild animals and can be dangerous.
- Do not encourage them to approach. They are smart, fast and will take what they can get.
- Keep pets on a leash at all times. It is a Jefferson County ordinance and a Ken-Caryl Ranch rule.
- An off-leash dog is more likely to be attacked by a coyote!
