You can bring a noodle to float in the pool or just relax poolside in a chair.

Heirloom Park Public Hearing

Residents are invited to attend a second public hearing on Wednesday, July 23 at 7 p.m. at the Ranch House regarding the concept plan for Heirloom Park, located at 1 Mountain Oak in the Valley. Input from the first public hearing is being taken into account for the updated concept plan. At a later date, the concept plan will be available online and the link to the plan will be published in a future e-News. We encourage residents to attend and provide feedback on the proposed concept for the park. Feedback can also be submitted electronically to Chris Pacetti at chrisp@kcranch.org.

Residents Invited to KCR100 Event to Celebrate 100 Years of Ken-Caryl Ranch

What we know today as Ken-Caryl Ranch began on Oct. 17, 1914, with the purchase of 2,660 acres of land southwest of Denver by John Charles Shaffer. The Ken-Caryl Ranch Historical Society will be hosting the KCR100 celebration to honor 100 years of Ken-Caryl Ranch. The event will be held at the Manor House on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., and the whole community is invited. There will be entertainment, games, music and refreshments. Costumes for adults and children are encouraged! Details will be available soon.

Pool Closures This Weekend

The Ranch House Pool will be closed Saturday, July 12 until approximately 4 p.m. for a swim meet. We encourage you to visit the Community Center Pool or the Bradford Pool that day instead. The Bradford Pool will be closed Sunday, July 13 for a lifeguard competition, but the Ranch House Pool and Community Center Pool will be open regular hours that day. We apologize for any inconvenience. For regular pool hours and other information, please see our Aquatics page.
