Living Room Conversations: Water and Life

The We are Water team is looking to gather feedback on a conversation about ‘Our Relationship with Water’ which was developed in partnership with the Living Room Conversation team. We can provide a $200 stipend to 2 libraries in the Four Corners Region - this money can be used to purchase food or other items to incentivize visitors to participate in the conversation. In exchange for the stipend, we ask that you hand out feedback forms (physical cards and/or online via QR code) and encourage participants to share their thoughts about the activity.

If you are interested in facilitating the We are Water Living Room Conversation in your library and helping us gather feedback, please email wearewater@colorado.edu.

Please note that this opportunity is for libraries located in the Four Corners Region.

Fly your name to the Moon!

VIPER will be NASA's first robotic Moon rover. It will embark on a mission to the lunar South Pole region to trek into permanently shadowed areas and unravel the mysteries of the Moon’s water. VIPER will be the first rover to measure the location and concentration of water ice and other resources. These resources could eventually be harvested to sustain human exploration on the Moon, Mars — and beyond!
NASA will accept names received before 11:59 p.m. EST, March 15, 2024
