Completed in 2017, it is a fairly new accommodation and the only one found within The WaterFront complex, meaning it is ideally situated within walking distance of local favourites, Harry’s Restaurant & Bar and Miles Market. Guests also enjoy 24 hour access to the ToneZone gym, another of the many perks of the property.

Located in the Great Sound you’ll find a treasured hideaway of 25 acres of lush woodland reserve with a tranquil private beach. Operated by The Waterfront Properties Group on Pitts Bay, Hawkins is Bermuda’s unspoiled private island offering a level of privacy that is unparalleled.

Available for exclusive hire, Hawkins Main Villa sleeps up to 8 guests in an upper two bedroom master suite and two lower one bedroom units. The Guard House, located a short distance away from the Main Villa, sleeps another 8 guests, 2 in a one bedroom and 6 in war room bunks.

Located on Long Island in the Great Sound, Island House boasts panoramic water views from a sweeping green lawn. The house has become a much loved venue for parties and now weddings, having hosted its first in 2015. The natural, lush lawn and breathtaking ocean views provide a perfect backdrop, so it’s no surprise that Island House is one of Bermuda’s most desired event destinations.
