WE will Continue to Feed our Students!

Our virtual learning feeding program will provide breakfast and lunch meals at no cost to any child 18 years and younger, Monday – Friday from 40 Colonial buses in designated stops throughout the District.  We will not be operating any drive-thru sites.

WE are constantly updating routes and times for delivery. For the most up to date routes, locations, and times for food delivery, check our website at http://www.colonialschooldistrict.org/community/remote-food-program/

On Monday, September 14th, students will receive two (2) lunches and two (2) breakfasts as there will be no meal delivery on Tuesday, September 15th due to professional development.

Please grant us some grace during this initial start of the program, our times are estimates and we will be working out the kinks.  There are also two links for parents on the district website to email transportation and nutrition services directly:

WE are Prepared!

Superintendent Dr. Jeffrey Menzer met with chief custodians and staff to make sure classrooms are ready for face-to-face instruction. Desks have been measured to make certain social distancing is being practiced, and cleaning protocols were discussed. The preparations have been endless but  WE can’t wait for the safe return of students to schools!

WE Must Practice Safety

Here is a brief article with tips on wearing face masks that may be especially helpful for parents and guardians with children who have sensory issues, followed by a video on the same topic featuring a big brother helping his autistic brother wear a face mask.
