Extension Office: Staffing Updates & Office Reminders |
As you are aware, we had some recent changes at the Extension office. With the recent staff departures, office hours will be condensed at times. A reminder to please call in advance of stopping in the office to arrange an appointment. This helps current staff know ahead of time to ensure your visit is as efficient as possible. It also allows staff to gather materials or ensure materials/supplies/staff are available for you. Also, two options of drop boxes are available for your use as well.
|
- Building Drop Box- located at front entrance to the building, this beige postage box is available for after hours secure drop-off. Please notate 'UW-Extension' on your envelope to ensure it is delivered to the Extension office.
- Office Drop Box- located adjacent to the office front door. This secure drop box can accept up to 10x12 envelope items.
|
We wish the best to both Colleen and Susan in their next adventures. Thank you for your patience and support of the 4-H program during this transition. Please note that both the 4-H Educator position and Support Staff position are currently going through the hiring process and we hope to have full staffing as soon as possible. Please feel free to share the 4-H Educator position with anyone that may be interested!
