Join the Six O’Clock Series for a discussion with the founding artistic director of Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre, Mark Clayton Southers. He will tell his humorous and very human story about moments in his life when he had to say “yes” and persevere.

The program is at 6:00 p.m. in the Elkin Hall Great Room, and all are welcome to attend.

Remember what you have accomplished, the strength you have demonstrated to move forward, and the people you can turn to for help.

Smoke and Mirrors: The American Dream Out of Reach for People of Color

On Wednesday, February 22, at 11:15 a.m. in the Elkin Hall Great Room, Hilario Molina will examine how people of color are more prone to environmental discrimination and health issues because they are pushed into geographic areas that are deemed undesirable by the dominant group. Lunch will be served for this program!
