Grant funding for education research & scholarship projects
The Academy of Educators and the Medical Education Research Unit of the Washington University School of Medicine are announcing an upcoming call for proposals for grant funding for education research and scholarship projects. Projects must be focused on the scholarship of teaching and learning, rather than biomedical discovery or application.

Submission:
Submission by 1/18/22 at 5pm

Eligibility: Faculty Member at Washington University at instructor level or higher

This session will explore the concept of professionalism as a core competency in graduate medical education.  We will discuss setting expectations with learners regarding professional behavior and how to approach when instances of professionalism lapses.  Additionally, we will explore how external stressors can affect professionalism, and finally, an approach to coaching unprofessional behavior will be shared.

Now available for check-out is a selection of career development books. The library is located in the West Building, room 3720, in the conference huddle room (Adjacent to Janet Braun's desk). The area is generally  open from 8 am-5 pm.The library is on the honor system! Just sign-out the book and return when you are finished.

The library also contains a copy of all of our diversity book club books.
