GAE District Two, Four and Retired Directors

GAE currently has two District Director vacancies in District 2 and one in District 4.  The Retired At-Large position is a new position created by the RA's passage of Constitutional Amendments.

Nomination Procedure
Candidates for District Director shall submit nominations directly to the office of the GAE Executive Director between April 26, 2021 and May 2, 2021 on the official nomination form. Candidates for District Director shall be Active Certified or Active Educational Support members. Candidates for Retired At-Large Director shall be GAE-Retired members. GAE will not accept responsibility for non-receipt of nominations addressed to any other person or office at GAE. Candidates who wish to submit a statement (up to 250 words) and a photo for GAE’s publication may email them directly to gaeelections@gae.org with their nomination form. Candidate statements exceeding the 250-word limit will be edited to delete all words following the 250th word. Candidate statements and photos must be received by May 2, 2021 in order to be published.
