As our semester comes to a close and our campus community prepares for the holidays, we are reflecting on a busy fall, filled with special memories and time spent together. 

We are grateful to be part of this community, and we look forward to welcoming all of our neighbors to campus in 2026. 

We hope that you have a joyous and restful holiday with friends, family, and loved ones.

Villanova Football is hosting an NCAA FCS Playoff Semifinal game this Saturday, 12/20, and you're invited! The national spotlight will shine brightly on Villanova Stadium this Saturday as the Wildcats kick off against Illinois State at 7:30 PM. 

This is Villanova's fourth appearance in the NCAA playoff semifinals, and the first since 2010, and a spot in the national championship is on the line. Playing at home makes all the difference, and our home field advantage is our community. 

Gather your friends and family and grab your seats in advance! Tickets for Saturday’s semifinal game are on sale now!

If you are unable to attend Saturday’s game, please consider purchasing tickets to be donated back to Villanova, as we will then provide the tickets to local non-profit and community organizations.

Please note that temporary stadium lights will be in use due to national broadcast television requirements. The lights will be placed, tested, and aimed on Friday evening. Immediately following the telecast on Saturday, the temporary lights will be turned off and prepared for removal.

Traffic may be heavy around campus before and after the game. All visitors are encouraged to park in designated parking areas on campus.

Go ‘Cats!

Villanova and its facilities will be closed for the winter break beginning Saturday, 12/20 (with the exception of events and activities related to the playoff Football game that day) and will reopen on January 5, 2026. 

Please note that the Davis Center Fitness Center will close on Saturday, 12/20 and will reopen to Friends of Villanova on Monday, 1/5. 

The Pavilion Pool will resume recreational swim on Monday, January 12. 

The Wildcard Office will be closed through the winter break. Friends of Villanova applications that are received between 12/20 and 1/4 will be reviewed and processed in the order received when the University reopens on January 5.

We are excited to share Villanova’s recently launched Cabrini Campus website, which offers an overview of the campus and key project updates. This page will serve as the central source for information as the University prepares to open the campus next year.

Villanova will offer current students guided tours of a small number of facilities on the Cabrini Campus in January and February, even as several construction projects remain underway. This will be an important way to orient them to the new space ahead of room selection for those who will be eligible to live there next academic year. Please note that while you may observe tour activity on campus, the campus remains closed. We look forward to welcoming you to Cabrini in the near future.
