Office Hours for Upcoming Oregon Centralized Application Updates and Older Adult Housing Program Launch

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is preparing to update the Oregon Centralized Application (ORCA) and launch the new Older Adult Housing Program (OAHP) this month. We are offering several office hours and training to support implementation and answer questions.

ORCA Office Hours

To support the ORCA update, OHCS will host office hours from 10-11 a.m. on the following dates:

Each session will feature a topic related to the July ORCA update while also providing time for questions on any ORCA-related subject. Subject matter experts will be available throughout each session to discuss the featured topic and provide guidance.

Participants are welcome to attend the sessions most relevant to their work or join all four sessions for a comprehensive overview of the ORCA updates.

OAHP Office Hours

The Older Adult Housing Program (OAHP) supports the development of affordable rental housing for older adults, with an emphasis on serving people with disabilities. As we are launching this program, we invite you to attend any of the sessions below for assistance and guidance on applying for OAHP funds. These funds will be made available through the ORCA process.

OAHP Office Hours: This session will include a presentation to support interested applicants and Q&A period.
- July 28 from 2-3 p.m.
OAHP Architectural Q&A Forum: This session is for architects to address design requirements and architectural standards specific to OAHP. Architect questions will be prioritized and will be answered first. However, developers are also welcome to attend and can put their questions in the chat.
- August 5 from 2-3 p.m.
