NSM is here to help keep our clients moving during this time.
As the spread of COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to assure you that National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is still committed to providing your patients with safe, quality care.
According to the federal government NSM is considered an essential business and we can continue serving our clients. As shelters in place are established, we are following state health official guidelines to confirm that NSM is still classified as an essential business. At this time, all states with shelter in place orders enacted have declared NSM as an essential business
While the world around us has turned inward; we are continuing to focus outward on serving our clients and supporting you. A key part of our Mission explains why we have made this decision:
Our products and services provide independence and self-reliance to clients; reassurance to family and caregivers; and responsive, flexible and highly professional clinical support to our referral sources.
As an essential healthcare provider, our clients rely on us for their independence and self-reliance. This independence and self-reliance allow our clients to live their lives with as much normalcy as possible during a time where normalcy can be hard to find and potentially avoiding critical care down the road from being bedridden.
We've been keeping a pulse on state and local decisions to shut down their nonessential businesses; however, businesses that people rely on in everyday life will largely remain open- which includes National Seating & Mobility.
Here's What We Are Doing to Limit Exposure
We’re following guidance from federal, state and local agencies and we are in constant communications with our staff across the country to be sure that we are taking the necessary steps to limit the spread of COVID-19.
