Are you looking for a new challenge? Participate in this year's Cardinal Tri! Registrants will complete a 7-mile ride on an indoor bike, swim 500 yards, and run 1.5 miles. This event is an opportunity to push your fitness limits while enjoying a fun, non-competitive race. Registration includes exclusive swag items and a T-shirt. Spots are limited, so sign up soon!*

This year, this annual Stanford tradition is moving to May. Hosted by BeWell in partnership with the Department of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation (DAPER) and Cardinal at Work Cares, the Cardinal Walk invites you to show your 'Cardinal Spirit' while celebrating wellness, connection, and community.
Event details
Date: Tuesday, May 20
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: The on-site walk starts and ends at the Steuber Rugby Stadium. You can also organize or join a remote walk where you live.
Shuttle service from SRWC
Pick up: Outside Recreation and Wellness Center at 10:30 a.m.
Return: From the VTA bus stop at El Camino Real and Churchill at 1:30 p.m. and arrive at SRWC at 2:30 p.m.

What do SRWC's First Aid Kits contain?
First aid supplies are available to all employees on campus and there are two on every floor. If you have questions regarding their contents, email srwc-operations@stanford.edu. First aid kits are replenished every two months. In case a kit near you requires replenishing, submit a service request.
Each kit includes:

- Knuckle fabric bandages
- Tweezers
- Exam quality vinyl gloves, 2 pairs

Gluten-free options at Cardinal Café
Cardinal Café offers a variety of gluten-free choices to accommodate your dietary needs. Daily options include the salad bar, grain bowls, vegetarian chili, pho, and laksa — all gluten-free. The soups are also gluten-free when served without the accompanying garlic bread. Additionally, the tacos and pozole are gluten-free, provided they are enjoyed without the torta. Please feel free to speak with the café staff if you have any questions or need assistance with your meal selections.

SRWC switches back to Bigelow teas |
Starting May 1, Stanford Redwood City will go back to serving Bigelow teas on campus as the Teatulia's supply chain issue remains unresolved. Waterpoints and plazas will now have the following teas available: Cozy Chamomile, I Love Lemon, Jasmine. English Teatime (Black), English Teatime (Decaf), Mint Medley, English Breakfast, Green Tea, Green Tea (Decaf) and Earl Grey. Thank you for your patience as we transition to Bigelow.
