In 2018 we rescued 1,009,650 POUNDS of food.
That's 841,375 MEALS.
Each week we shared food with more than 4,500 PEOPLE.
We did this through 53 SITES throughout the Metro area; including 5 NEW SITES added as a part of our expansion into Washington County (thanks to the generosity of the 99 Girlfriends)!
Our vans covered more than 55,000 MILES to rescue food and reach our communities (that's almost a quarter of the way to the moon)!
We partnered with more than 100 FOOD DONORS; including grocery stores, corporate cafeterias, restaurants, farmers markets, and catering companies.
More than 150 VOLUNTEERS joined us for food pick ups, repacking, and sorting—they dedicated over 8,700 HOURS of their time, and added more than $208,000 of value to our program.
