The Reach Higher Showcase is an exhibit of more than 120 pop-up presentations and demonstrations by forward-thinking faculty and staff. They will display how their work is helping fulfill the Reach Higher 2025 commitments of an empowered educational experience, a lifetime of learning, and a culture of educational equity. Please join us this Friday, April 21, 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., in the Devos Center Plaza!
There will be a New Graduate Assistant Orientation on May 5. It will be from 3 - 4 p.m. and hosted in the Devos Center, room 303C. This is required for all new GAs who have not previously held a graduate assistant position at GVSU. Register for the session here.
The second chapter of John Hart's thesis (Biology, M.S.) was published in the Journal of Environmental Management. His research looked at a synthesis of state-of-the-art molecular methods for fecal indicator bacteria and watershed information through the Geographical Information System (GIS) to help identify problem areas in two watersheds. John's work represents an outstanding example of high-quality science and applicability to local water quality issues. Check out the full article on our website here!
