  • The Oregon Wind Ensemble presents a free concert on Friday, Jan. 26, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Beall Concert Hall.

  • The Office of Sustainability is holding a Public Surplus Sale to encourage reuse and prevent waste. Find extremely discounted worktables, chairs, books, office supplies, and more.

  • All student are welcome to join Women in Business for a presentation by private credit analyst and Duck alum Sarah Gentry from Goldman Sachs tonight at 5:00 p.m. in 245 Lillis Business Complex.
  • The Pacific Islander Student Alliance presents a lecture and talanoa (conversation) with David Ga’oupu Matthew Palaita to discuss interdisciplinary and decolonial frameworks for Pacific Islands and Oceania studies on Friday, Jan. 26, 6:00–7:30 p.m., in 101 Jaqua Center.
  • Learn more about propaganda through history—including today’s generative AI and deep fakes—as part of the Fascism and Neo-Fascism lecture series sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 4:00–5:30 p.m. in the Knight Library Browsing Room.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
  • The student-run, peer-led group Eating Disorder Awareness and Support is hosting its second of five support sessions on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 6:30 p.m., in the EMU, Room 331. Meetups will continue every other Tuesday through February.
  • The Trillium Plus Produce Drop is where students who qualify can get free fruits, veggies, bread and more each Tuesday, 2:45–5:00 p.m. in the EMU Amphitheater. Bring a reusable bag and your student ID.
  • Want to connect with peers through written communication? Sign up to join Feather Pals, a student-to-student traditional pen pal program. All stamps and writing materials are supplied.
