    NEW Forms Now Available Online! 

    Coaches -- The new medical and athlete registration forms are now available online! Click here for more information. The NEW 3-year Athlete Medical & Registration/Release is required for all athletes BEFORE they begin practice and before registering for any Area competition.
    The NEW Unified Partner Registration/Release is required for all athletes BEFORE registering for any Unified Area competition.
    The Young Athlete Release is required BEFORE registering for any YAP events at the Area or State level.
