Let's give our Bars/Restaurants, Fitness Facilities, Entertainment venues an ability to save their livelihoods. They need it NOW. *Governor Walz will make an announcement on this tomorrow (Wednesday).

Needed Relief Bill Passes MN Legislature

The Minnesota legislature has approved a relief package that will send roughly $217M to small businesses impacted by Governor Walz restrictions on bars, restaurants, fitness centers, and entertainment facilities. City Approves Budget, Modest Levy

The city council tonight (12/15/20) approved the 2021 Budget which includes a 3% levy increase. This aligns with the chamber's position on the city budget. The Chamber's position for the last few years is that the city (and county) keep any levy increase below the growth rate and preferably closer to the new growth rate. READ FULL BLOG STORY
