This year for Yellow Ribbon week we've selected a theme and supporting material to help unify the Yellow Ribbon network during this special week of the year.  

We hope this will help us collectively and the individual chapters/program sites/clubs really shine a spotlight on suicide prevention.  Yellow Ribbon week 2017 is September 10-16.  

Be A Link!® has always been at the core of Yellow Ribbon, encouraging people to be that link between someone needing help and the helper.  This year for YR week we want to know what you will be?  

Be A Lifesaver, Be A Link!®  What will You BE __________?

All current YR Chapters/Program Sites/Clubs will have access to the 2017 YR Week Kit (including art/graphics, sample Proclamations, Press Releases, and more).  T-shirts will be available & we hope everyone will utilize the social media graphic to share the Prevention message!  Keep an eye on the web & social media as these materials roll out in the coming weeks. 

The 19-20 of October is the next chance to gather in Westminster, CO for this amazing two-day training on all things Yellow Ribbon & Suicide Prevention.  

Whether you've attended one before and want to audit or you're just ready to gain an understanding of YR and how to implement in your community, these two days will be an asset.  Youth & Adults are encouraged to attend.  Sign up now and we will see you in October!  Email Karen if you have any additional questions. 

Plan to join us in the Rocky Mountains for the next Yellow Ribbon Conference.  Summer 2018!  We're working on location and dates right now and will announce those as soon as confirmed.  We look forward to spending time with so many of the YR Family to learn from each other, workshop leaders & speakers.
