Throughout the past year, many members of our campus community have provided input and leadership into HR Now, a collaborative effort aimed at ensuring that the university is providing world class HR support for all of our employees. You may have seen announcements regarding some of the exciting new services and programs being developed in Central HR and enhancements in HR systems in support of this effort.
The HR Now Steering Committee has also been hard at work developing guidance and recommendations for a new way of delivering HR support and services across the campus that will help to ensure consistently high levels of dedicated HR service and expertise is provided to all areas of the university.
In the coming weeks and months, you will be hearing more details on these changes and we will continue to engage faculty, staff and leaders moving forward.
