We love our Parkway Hills Children!

What a musical gift we received from our children on Sunday! First, our Kindergarten-3rd Grade Choir provided a lovely call to worship with "Mary Did You Know?"  What a joy to hear their lovely voices and see their reverent attitudes. Then, our 4th and 5th Grade Ensemble delighted us with an joyful and unique version of the Twelve Days of Christmas: "My Savior Gave to Me".  Is it just me, or has anyone else caught themselves singing "shoe-be-doobie-doobie" this week???

Youth Tacky Sock Exchange

Our Youth wrapped up another full year of activties with a Christmas Party/Tacky Sock Exchange!  (Many thanks to the Smith family for hosting!) There will be no youth activites for the next three weeks: December 17th, 24th or 31st, but we will jump back in with both feet in the new year!
In fact, on January 7th, parents and youth are encouraged to attend the first planning meeting for 2018 Summer Youth Trips!
We've already set up a meal schedule to support our youth group's long-standing tradition of food and fellowship! Sharing meals together is an important part of strengthening ties and building a strong, close-knit group. Jesus set that example for us again and again throughout the Gospels. Please help us continue this tradition by SIGNING UP HERE to provide dinner for the youth on one Sunday evening next year.
To help you plan your year-end giving:
Remember, all gifts must be posted online, received in the office, or postmarked by December 31st to be reflected on your 2017 giving statement.
Give our new GIVE+ Mobile app a try! It is a free download from the app store. After choosing Parkway Hills UMC as your church, you may make a one time gift, or create an account to give regularly and keep track of your giving.
