Ranch House Holiday Schedule
’Tis the Season, for all who use the Ranch House, and for our team that works there.
Traditionally, the Ranch House is closed on the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays. This year, those holidays fall on Saturdays. To give our hard-working team time with their families, and to honor their well-deserved holiday time off, the Ranch House will be closed the following days: December 24 and 25; December 31 and January 1, 2022.
We hope you join us in saying thanks to the Ranch House staff for all they do throughout the year, to make RVR the welcoming place it is.

Pesky Pet Problem
We would like to remind all dog owners to please be conscious of the impact your pets may have on your neighbors. Be sure to keep your pups leashed while on walks, pick up after them if they make any messes, and do not leave your dogs unattended and barking!
Allowing your dog to continuously bark and walking them while off leash are violations of the Town of Carbondale Code of Ordinances.
Click HERE to learn about Town of Carbondale's leash laws and nuisance dog ordinances.
Thank you for being courteous to your fellow RVR homeowners!
