No Bake Peanut Butter Bites

recipe adapted from beamingbaker.com, featured on Feed Me Vegan
makes 15-20 bites
Ingredients:
3/4 c shredded coconut
3/4 c rolled oats
1/4 ground flaxseed
1/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)

Instructions:
1. In large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and agave.
3. Add peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until well incorporated.
4. Roll mixture into bites. If too dry, add more agave or peanut butter.
