Enrollment Management Services Shift Virtual

UWM’s Enrollment Management has moved to a virtual presence. Virtual services are still available during regular office hours, and students should continue to use the services as needed.

Donate Items To Foster Youth And Homeless Youth 

Cards and snacks from home are important to college students but few foster youth and homeless youth receive them. That’s why Fostering Success at UWM developed the Care Package Donation Program. Parents of UWM students can join UWM faculty and staff in donating items for care packages distributed to foster youth and homeless youth attending UWM.

Milwaukee Winter Parking Regulations 

The city of Milwaukee's winter parking regulations are now in effect for streets around the UWM campus. Regulations run through March 1.

UWM Expands COVID-19 Testing To All Employees, Community

UWM has joined other UW System campuses in serving as a location for a federal “surge testing” effort aimed at slowing the spread of COVID-19 in areas where there have been recent spikes. The six-week program done in partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services uses Abbott BinaxNOW antigen tests that provide results in about 15 minutes.

Impact 2-1-1 provides the latest list and hours for COVID-19 testing sites across Milwaukee County. Additionally, there is a listing of testing sites across the state, including in Waukesha and Washington County.
