Find out the latest news and information in Graduate Education at GVSU in less than a minute, brought to you by The Graduate School (TGS)
  1. If a non-GVSU researcher has asked you to disseminate a recruitment announcement to GVSU students, faculty, or staff for participation in human subjects research, please instruct the external researcher to complete the form located on the External Research Recruitment Request webpage. The Office of Research Compliance and Integrity will review the request to ensure GVSU is not engaged in the research and will reach out to the appropriate unit(s) to determine if the researcher has permission to move forward with recruitment at GVSU.

  2. Remember to follow TGS Facebook for important graduate-related updates and information! This should include students who are active in a graduate Registered Student Organization (RSO), beginning or completing graduate-level projects, and/or looking for RSO or conference funding.

  3. Reminder that the deadline to apply for the 3-Minute Thesis Competition (3MT) is January 21, 2022. Students completing graduate-level independent research, dissertations, and theses are eligible to participate.

  4. Applications are open to interested students for the 2022-2023 Peter C. Cook Leadership Academy (CLA) cohort. Faculty can also nominate students. Students applications, the nomination form, and information on the academy's curriculum can be found on the CLA website.

  5. Fellowships are valuable opportunities to pursue advanced studies, international research, internships, and much more. A list of fellowships specifically for graduate students can be found on Frederik Meijer Office of Fellowships page.
