Master Association Board Election ResultsCongratulations to Scotty Martin on his election to the Master Association Board. Full election results:

Ranch House Pool Project Open Houses
The Master Association and Metropolitan District Boards are moving forward with plans for a new pool at the Ranch House. Revised pool plans, incorporating previous feedback from the community, will be presented at the following open houses:
• Monday, March 11, 5-7 p.m. at the Ranch House • Wednesday, March 13, 8-10 a.m. at the Ranch House
Stop by any time during the two-hour block to review the plans. The plans will also be posted on the website later this week, and feedback can be submitted electronically. The project is budgeted at $3.6 million, of which $2.25 million will come from Plains Metro District lawsuit settlement funds designated for pools. The remainder of the funding will come from Master Association Reserves and Operations.

March 17 FREE Day at the Fitness Center
The KC Fitness Center is offering a FREE day Sunday, March 17. Come try all the Fitness Center has to offer! Treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles to use for your cardio workout, and 9 Cybex resistance machines, as well as dumbbells and barbells to use for resistance training. Bring a friend and come visit the KC Fitness Center, located in the Community Center, 1 Club Drive.
