As you prepare for fall registration, we're here to remind you of some tips and resources from College Advising! You can schedule an advising appointment, meet with the Virtual Advisor or Peer College Advisors, and use the reminders below to ensure a smooth registration process.

Confirm Your "Time Ticket": Look up your registration date and time, then set a reminder so you don't forget!

Draft a Schedule: Use the Schedule Planner to create your ideal schedule to prepare for registration. Be sure to include some back-up options in case a class is full!

Stay Connected: Check in with your major advisor and your College Advisor to discuss curricular progress and class selection. Explore WaveSync for upcoming advising events!

Join us for our 3rd annual Failure Tales: a night of turning moments of failure into stories of triumph! 

This event aims to prove that resilience, perseverance, and personal growth are often found in the most unexpected places. Hosted by Wave of Support, Failure Tales will feature the Department of Theatre and Dance's very own Jenny Mercein as the emcee, as well as a variety of storytellers from the Tulane community.

Guests can expect a night of food, fun, and community building. Together, let's create a campus that not only accepts failure but celebrates it as an integral part of the journey towards success

Shape life and learning at Tulane by completing the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)!

The New Orleans Legacy Project (A Movement & A Film) Screening

This landmark docuseries, created by New Orleans native and multimedia activist Diedra "Deepa Soul" Meredith in collaboration with The Historic New Orleans Collection chronicles the compelling oral histories of The New Orleans Four alongside the Freedom Fighters of the New Orleans and Louisiana Resistance Movement. Their voices, which shaped a transformative era in American history, offer critical wisdom for current events taking place in America today.

Bridging the Gap: Alumni & Student Career Chats

This year’s TEDxTulane theme, “Uncharted Territories,” invites speakers to venture beyond the familiar and challenge the boundaries of knowledge, creativity, and human experience. TEDxTulane seeks to explore the vast landscapes of innovation, culture, and personal transformation that lie just beyond our current understanding.

Tulane Innovation Day

The inaugural Tulane Innovation Day will feature inspiring speakers, panel discussions, and competitions showcasing innovative ideas and successful entrepreneurs. Attendees can expect practical advice for starting ventures and insights into investment opportunities within New Orleans startups.
