With support and funding from CDC Cooperative Agreement #U01DP006639GW, the GW Cancer Center presents a new toolkit designed to help multidisciplinary cancer care teams identify key organizational priorities for diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) and initiate organizational change. This initiative also includes a webinar series, with the next presentation, Developing Dynamic Data-Driven Dashboards, scheduled for February 7. Register now!

The GW Oncology Patient Navigation Training: The Fundamentals - a free online course - aligns with CMS requirements if your state does not specify credentialing requirements.

If your state has licensure or certification or training requirements for CHWs or navigators, you need to follow your state rules.
