Inbound Exchange Paused (Sending to St. Edward's University)
St. Edward's University has made the difficult decision
not to host in-person exchange students for the spring 22 semester. Austin, Texas has just moved to
Stage 5 with the delta variant surge and leadership has determined that exchange should be paused for one more semeter. St. Edward's takes pride in a rich and vital exchange experience and hope to resume exchange fall of 2022.
St. Edward's sincerely apologizes that this decision comes on the heels of our last email with nomination steps for spring 22 exchange. The Austin area did not expect this sudden rise in covid and the university must pivot accordingly.
