Community Center Bond Project Construction Phasing
The majority of Community Center improvements occur on the lower level of the building. The lower level is currently estimated to be closed from Oct. 1, 2015, through Jan. 20, 2016, for 80 working days. During the lower level closure, the upper level cardio room and the Dakota Room will be available. Main floor construction will be segregated into a north and south phase. The south phase will occur first, between Jan. 14, 2016, and March 23, 2016, and include an updated reception area along with tennis and youth program offices. The north phase of the main floor will include improvements to the Dakota Room, modification of the cardio room and the lobby area. This area is scheduled for March 17, 2016, through May 6, 2016. There will also be site improvements to the Community Center, including new pathways, an improved drop-off and parking area, a new playground, a tennis pavilion, outdoor restroom building and a splash pad to replace the wading pool. Site construction activities will start once approvals have been received from the Jefferson County Building department. There will be an emphasis to complete as much site work as possible prior to winter weather impacting activities. If you have any questions or concerns, please email bondprojects@kcranch.org.

| Save the Date: Ken-Caryl Home Tour
The Ken-Caryl Home Tour will be Saturday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and is open to Ken-Caryl residents and their guests. Brought to you by the Ken-Caryl Ranch Foundation, this event continues a community tradition of supporting local charities. With the generous backing of our sponsors, we will once again support the Action Center in its ongoing effort to serve the needs of the homeless and working poor by providing pathways to self-sufficiency. Take a peek inside seven beautifully remodeled homes, located in both the North Ranch and Ken-Caryl Valley. We strive to include a diversity of housing styles and sizes in order to showcase what can be achieved through renovation and superb design. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children and are currently available for purchase at www.kencarylhometour.org. Tickets may be purchased online in advance or at the Community Center on the day of the event. Tickets are limited, and those purchased by Sept. 20 will include free delivery.
