Leah Litman on the Supreme Court
University of Michigan Law School professor Leah Litman will discuss her new book Lawless: How the Supreme Court Runs on Conservative Grievance, Fringe Theories, and Bad Vibes, which argues that the Court has abandoned legal reasoning in favor of political grievances dressed up in judicial language. Litman will be in dialogue with UCLA Law professor Rick Hasen. The event is co-presented by UCLA Law and the Hammer Museum.
