With deep sorrow, we are sharing news of Donald Gibson's passing earlier this week. Donald was part of the custodial team and GW family for nearly 50 years and was beloved by his colleagues.
He was known for his dedication to the job and his sterling work attendance record. Frank Ard, one of his long-time coworkers, remembered Donald as humble, happy, and kind with a penchant for dancing.
Grief counselors will be available on Monday from 5:30am to 8:30am and again from 1:30pm to 4:30pm in Support Room 211. You are welcome to come by during either of these time blocks for as long as you'd like.
We have not yet received any information regarding services for Donald, but we will pass that information along as soon as it becomes available.
