Ivan Allen College Faculty Receive Institute Awards |
Lindsey Rose Bullinger, an assistant professor in the School of Public Policy, received two awards: The Outstanding Achievement in Early Career Research Award, and the Center for Teaching and Learning's Junior Faculty Teaching Award.
Mary Frank Fox, a dean's distinguished professor in the School of Public Policy, received the Outstanding Achievement in Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Research Award.
Carla Gerona, an associate professor in the School of History and Sociology, received the Innovation in Co-Curricular Education Award from the Center for Teaching and Learning.
Lawrence Rubin and Zachary Taylor, co-directors of GTDC and associate professors in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, received the GTDC Award from the Center for Teaching and Learning.

Brock, an associate professor in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication, appeared in Black Twitter: A People's History. The appearance is based on a 2021 Wired series in which he also participated.

Casey Wichman (Economics) gave an invited seminar titled “Causes and Consequences of Inefficient Municipal Water Pricing” at the Colorado School of Mines’ Economics and Business Department.

Hongchen Wu (Modern Languages) and co-author Shaohua Fang (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) recently presented their paper titled "On the Availability of Inverse Scope Reading in Mandarin Doubly-Quantified Relative Clause" at the 36th North American Conference on Chinese Linguistics.

Ph.D. student Sanghyun Han (International Affairs) received the Scholarship for Political Science Research from the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research to attend the organization’s summer program at the University of Michigan.
