| Summer Session Bible Study Concludes Tomorrow
Join Pastor Dawn for the conclusion of our Thursday morning Bible study tomorrow, June 25 at 10:00 am in the Garden Room for a deep dive into one of the shortest books of the Bible, Philemon.

| Sunday is our final Sunday looking at the stories our kids covered during Vacation Bible School. We also have a special presentation by our choir, "Insane Bible School Medley!"
During July, we will hear from some of our PHUMC members as they share what their go-to VBS story would be and why. I hope this time together brings back some good VBS memories of your own and inspires you to reflect on your own go-to VBS story.

We welcome our new Minister for Youth and Outreach Ministries!
Anne Marie's official start date is this Sunday, June 28, but the youth and families welcomed her at a pool party Saturday, June 20 at the Henry home. Please be in prayer for Anne Marie, her husband, Cortez, and their 2 year old son, Tezzi as they embark on a new journey with Parkway Hills.

Update on our Building Projects
After last Sunday's downpour at the end of service, many of us were wondering, "What about that covered drop-off?" We recently had a soil sample done to make sure all is well to proceed. The soil sample came back great, and we are currently waiting on the finalized plans from the architect, Jospeh Orr, so we can get bids and begin the construction on this as well as the repair work to our two steeple areas. On our church work day, we went ahead and cut down the two trees that would need to be removed, and unfortunately we will need to relocate our Little Free Library. There are many steps still to be done. We invite you to stop by the table in the foyer of the Worship Center to look at an old picture projection of the church as it was beginning. You will see the porte cochere represented. You can also look at drawings from the architect of the proposed plan. We give thanks for the ways many of you have already given, and continue to give, to support our projected building projects. As of today, we have received $28,680.00 given to date designated for building projects.

| Sunday Morning Summer Fun
During the summer months our PHUMC kids, preK-3 through rising 5th, are meeting together in the Garden Room at 9:30 for a time of faith development and fun. June will focus on some of the Bible's MVPs named in the Book of Hebrews. In July, they will discover ways to use their own voice to share about Jesus as they look at characters found in the Book of Acts. We’ve got some fun themes for each Sunday to go alongside these stories, so check out our game plan and come learn and grow this summer with your PHUMC friends..

Friday, July 31- Saturday, August 1: Confirmation Retreat at Camp Wesley Pines. One of our first events with our confirmands is a retreat all about the Bible, what the Bible is, what it is not, and how we read and understand certain areas of the Bible.
