Dear PI Colleagues, Graduate Students, and Postdocs,
As weather conditions continue to deteriorate in and around Austin, it’s becoming increasingly likely that campus may be closed this coming Monday and/or Tuesday. Please do not start any experiments this weekend that would require someone to attend to them in person early in the week. Roads may be icy or impassable, and frozen pipes or electricity outages could make coming to campus too dangerous.
Please continue to monitor the weather and take precautions, both at home and in your research spaces. UT’s emergency webpage will be updated to announce any closures or delays.
