If you didn't see this on my Facebook, I posted this Tuesday evening about my dog:
"Today, Luci passed away. 08/30/2001 – 07/25/2017. She had no pain, and was stubborn (per usual) until the end. You know that moment when your dog says "It's time"? Earlier today, Luci got up (it was mid-morning nap time, after all) and walked over to find me working here at home. I picked her up and put her on my lap. She leaned against me and relaxed. She certainly led and had a wonderful life. I'm doing alright (save for typing this). Here's a few hand selected photos of Luci throughout the years. Thank you, all." (You won't need to register on Facebook to see the photos.)
Thank you to those who have already sent their condolences. I really appreciate it.
