It's less than a month away!
The 2018 Budget Blinds National Convention is quickly approaching, and the CMS team is so excited to see and talk with you in Grapevine! As we gear up for four days of all things Evolution of Success, there are 3 reasons we think CMS's booth (#116) is worth your stop:

Get answers from the pros

Our team members will be on hand to share the CMS story and help you get your life back using our services. Three names you'll want to know:
  • Richard Bensman can answer your tech questions, like how to set your Ring Central account so your callers get the best possible experience while you're helping other customers or taking a day off (hey, you deserve it!).
  • Michelle Boden has you covered with all things billing-related. No question is too small. She'll also review your account to make sure you have the best rate plan for your business -- so important for franchisees.
  • Dana Thomas is your go-to for any other customer care type questions. How do our services function? What do you love about CMS? What feature do you wish we had? Dana wants to hear it all.

Learn about new features + services

If you haven't heard, CMS has a new app that helps you manage your inbox by filtering the messages taken by your answering service. We're also proud of our NAF lead follow-up service, and be sure to ask about our zip code checker solution so you only get calls within your territory. Time-wasting phone calls, begone!

Get an invite to our annual cocktail party (finally!)

This ain't your mother's cocktail party (or maybe it is, if your mom is super-cool and likes to chat unfiltered over a Tom Collins).
