Imposter syndrome describes an unfounded feeling of being less qualified than those around you or having reached your life situation out of luck. Here are some of the Cleveland Clinic’s tips on overcoming imposter syndrome:
- Separate feelings from facts
- Take note of your accomplishments
- Stop comparing yourself to others
- Talk to others

Maroon Mental Health Matters
|
Maroon Mental Health Matters is a 3.5 -hour program designed to give participants the skills to help someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
The course is tailored specifically for the University of Chicago community. It uses didactics, role-playing, and group discussion to help participants appropriately recognize and respond to mental health concerns or emotional crises. Register for an upcoming student training or staff/faculty training .

Join Student Wellness for an accessible and approachable Restorative Yoga class that will ease tension and melt your worries away. Classes are free and open to all levels of experience and props and mats are provided. Please come in comfortable clothes and dress in layers.
Class is held on Mondays from 3-4pm in the Student Wellness Multipurpose Room. (840 E. 59th Street)

Join us for our weekly peer-led meeting where you can share experiences and build community in a casual non-judgmental environment! Held on Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm at the Student Wellness Center.
