Deadline to Take Philadelphia Business Journal's Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Sentiment Index Survey is March 30th

The Philadelphia Business Journal is teaming up with the Philadelphia Real Estate Council to produce a quarterly Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Sentiment Index.
If you would like to participate in the survey, please click here. The deadline is March 30th.
The index, designed to measure confidence in the regional commercial markets, will receive input by survey top executives in all major asset classes who operate in all submarkets in the mid-Atlantic region. The survey numbers will be analyzed, charted and prepared for publication by Econsult Solutions, an economic consulting firm in Philadelphia.
Founded in 2010 by Llenrock Group founder and CEO Andrew Benioff, the Philadelphia Real Estate Council is a peer group for regional real estate leaders. The group has been producing an internal sentiment index for several years. Through the partnership with the Business Journal, the council's goal is to extend the reach of the index and increase its impact, Benioff said.
The Business Journal will publish the quarterly results and regular commentary about the index. The Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Sentiment index will measure:
  • General market conditions
  • Commercial rents
  • Leasing activity
  • Operating expenses
  • Construction costs
  • Cap rates
  • Credit conditions
  • Gross Assets
