When was the last time you updated your account information? Having up-to-date information ensures you receive timely and relevant credit union and account communications, allows US to notify you about any account-related matters, and creates a seamless banking experience.
The next time you are visiting US in-branch, are logged into online banking, or have US on the phone, take a few moments to review and/or update the following information.
  • Contact Information: Verify the email address, mailing address, and phone number(s) you have associated with your account to ensure they are updated and accurate. This allows US to send you important account notifications, transaction alerts, and updates regarding our products and services.
  • Drivers License and Social Security Number: These details help US verify your identity and protect your account against unauthorized access, fraud, or identity theft.
  • Beneficiary Information: If you have designated a beneficiary for your account, please review and update the beneficiary information if necessary. It is crucial to keep this information current so that your wishes are carried out accurately in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Don't hesitate to give US a call so we can help keep your account updated. Contact us at (615) 256-8712, or visit one of our branches to speak directly with a USCCU employee.

It's Fraud Season - Stay Vigilant

Scams nationwide are on the rise and consumers are reporting numerous attempts from fraudsters trying to trick bank and credit union customers and members into giving over their personal information.
REMINDER: US Community Credit Union will never contact you directly and ask you to provide US with your:
  • Debit card number
  • Credit card number
  • Account number
  • Online and mobile banking credentials.
If you receive a call from someone claiming to represent your financial institution asking for this information, we encourage you to hang up the phone and call US immediately.
Once a fraudster has access to any of this information, they are able to steal your identity, setup payment channels to steal your finances, and will even find unique ways to log in to your platforms.
Give US a call at 615-256-8712 if you have any questions at all. We are here to help and support you. Together let's keep you and your information safe and secure!
