Federated Media's N-T/WOWO (1190am, Fort Wayne) and translator W298BJ (107.5fm, Fort Wayne) makes a few changes:
PD/Morning Host Kayla Blakeslee becomes APD, while continuing to host "Fort Wayne's Morning News.".
Fort Wayne's Morning News anchor Darrin Wright becomes News Director.
Jon Zimney becomes PD of WOWO, while continuing to program sister N-T/WTRC-FM (95.3fm, Niles, Michigan). Mr. Zimney programmed WOWO from the Fall of 2002 through mid-Summer 2007. In early 2010, Mr. Zimney became PD of "95.3 MNC: Michiana's News Channel" when it launched.

Sarkes Tarzian's AAA/WTTS (92.3fm, Trafalgar) welcomes Amber Hoback as their new Music Director and Midday host, starting December 3. Ms. Hoback currently works in the Santa Rosa, California market, as PD/MD/Mornings at "The Krush 95.9" KRSH-FM.
After nearly two years, meteorologist Brad Maushart exits Media General's CW affiliate WISH-TV (Channel 8, Indianapolis). In early December, Mr. Maushart will return to Cincinnati, Ohio, where he last worked for WCPO-TV. This time, Mr. Maushart will join WKRC-TV for as their weekend morning meteorologist, along with weather and reporting duties through the week.

After 17 years, Midwest Communications' Country/WTHI-FM (99.9fm, Terre Haute) PD/afternoon host Eric Michaels exits. Midwest/Terre Haute OM Steve Cannon becomes "Hi 99" PD, while night host Steve Hall moves to Afternoons.
Where Are They Now? Former Nexstar NBC affiliate WTWO-TV (Channel 2, Terre Haute) and Mission Broadcasting ABC affiliate WAWV (Channel 38, Terre Haute) weekday morning meteorologist Robyn King becomes a meteorologist with Spectrum News 1, which covers Kentucky, Southwestern Ohio and the Evansville/Owensboro area, from television studios in Louisville, Kentucky.

WVUT Digital Content Producer/Reporter – Vincennes, IN
Vincennes University is seeking applicants for the position of WVUT Digital Content Producer/Reporter. This position is a full-time support staff position with benefits.
The WVUT Digital Content Producer/Reporter has a passion for story telling through broadcast and online media practices, including social media, and works across multiple departments to achieve a successful digital presence for our station(s). This is a full-time support staff position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday 10am to 6:30pm, subject to change.This position reports to the News Director and the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities of the position are: Create content for digital platforms. Produce, gather and post content accurately and timely on our websites, mobile platforms and social media in support of our stations’ digital strategies. Schedule interviews with members of our community for human interest stories. Shoot video, including interviews, to accompany news and promotional content. Edit video and audio for news and promotional content. Write news stories for radio, television and web. Write copy to accompany promotional content. Work with the Director of Programming and Promotions on web and social media content. Assist in production of weekday 30 minute TV newscast and other productions as needed
Communicate with newsroom, production staff, and students on a daily basis
Assist in instructing students involved in daily newsroom and production tasks. Work across multiple departments for the success of our stations’ digital strategies. Perform other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have:
Associates Degree, required (Bachelor’s Degree, preferred)
Must have strong knowledge of media software and video exporting & uploading to digital platforms
Must be able to lift 50 pounds with reaching overhead, bending and twisting
Must hold a valid driver’s license
