Business & Financial Services (BFS) has now published instructions for closing fiscal year 2025-26. Please review this document carefully and be advised of important dates related to the following:

New: TOE Enhancements

Yesterday, ITS teams pushed several changes and enhancements to the Transfer of Expense (TOE) system, including updates to date usage for risk classification, expanded account eligibility, and streamlined project fund selection.

Important PO Closure Information

As we approach the end of the fiscal year, it is critical for all departments to proactively manage open purchase orders (POs). Closing POs ensures accurate financial records and maximizes your department’s available funds for the upcoming year. BFS has shared important information regarding the mass closure of POs to expedite year-end cleanup.

FinHub Enhancements

The FinHub team has released an additional data glossary for the UCPath Employee Dashboard as well as a new report for Employee Funding. They’ve also added a new Project Manager role to the Faculty/PI Dashboard, allowing more visibility into awards and projects.
