Yesterday, ITS teams pushed several changes and enhancements to the Transfer of Expense (TOE) system, including updates to date usage for risk classification, expanded account eligibility, and streamlined project fund selection.

Important PO Closure Information
|

As we approach the end of the fiscal year, it is critical for all departments to proactively manage open purchase orders (POs). Closing POs ensures accurate financial records and maximizes your department’s available funds for the upcoming year. BFS has shared important information regarding the mass closure of POs to expedite year-end cleanup.

The FinHub team has released an additional data glossary for the UCPath Employee Dashboard as well as a new report for Employee Funding. They’ve also added a new Project Manager role to the Faculty/PI Dashboard, allowing more visibility into awards and projects.
