REGISTER NOW
One officer from each student group must register for SGLT and complete the online pre-training PLUS the in-person training.
Register no later than 8 AM, Monday, August 25th.

| COMPLETE ONLINE PRE-TRAINING
All undergraduate student groups recognized by Student Union, Campus Life, or Sorority & Fraternity Life must have one listed officer complete a virtual training module on Canvas by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
This online training is mandatory in addition to the in-person Student Group Leader Training.

| ATTEND IN-PERSON TRAINING
After completing the online modules, the officer who registered and completed the online modules must attend the in-person Student Group Leader Training on Saturday, August 30th from 10 AM - 4 PM.
This applies to undergraduate groups affiliated with Student Union, Campus Life, or Sorority & Fraternity Life.
Do not forget, you must have your pre-training completed before this in-person training. Pre-training must be completed by 12:00 PM, Wednesday, August 27th.

IN-PERSON TRAINING DETAILS |
|
|
When: Saturday, August 30, 2025
Time: Check-in / attendance from 9 AM - 9:45 AM, training runs 10 AM - 4 PM
Where: Simon Hall, Room 1 (Mays Auditorium) - lower level
Who: One officer from each student group must attend the in-person Student Group Leader Training. This officer must be the person who registered and completed the online pre-training modules
This applies to undergraduate groups affiliated with Student Union, Campus Life, or Sorority & Fraternity Life.
Details:
All undergraduate student groups recognized by Student Union (SU), Campus Life, or Sorority & Fraternity Life (SFL) chapters are required to have one (1) officer attend this full-day training - in addition to the pre-training modules.

Student groups that complete both the virtual AND in-person training components undergraduate student groups recognized by Student Union (SU), Campus Life, or Sorority & Fraternity Life (SFL) chapters will be eligible to begin programming and hosting events starting Sunday, August 31, 2025.
Those undergraduate student groups who do not complete both the online pre-training and the in-person training, will not be permitted to start holding events or programming until a makeup training is complete.

FIRST DAY STUDENT GROUPS CAN PROGRAM |
|
|
We know student groups are eager to begin programming and hosting events , and we are excited to share that the first day student groups are permitted to start programming is Sunday, August 31st!
However, groups will not be allowed to hold events or begin programming on that day unless they have completed both components of the Student Group Leadership Training (SGLT): the pre-training and the day-of training.
Groups that do not complete both components will receive an email on the evening of Saturday, August 30th, notifying them that they are out of compliance and not permitted to hold programs or events until they complete a make-up training.
