- The 90s brought us the Thigh Master and Richard Simmons.
- The 2000s brought CrossFit, Zumba and Planking, oh my.
- The 2010s brought us the Shake Weight, mermaid swim classes, and animal yoga.
Welcome to 2020! A new decade. A new opportunity to start on a journey to well-being.
